Public Data and Corrections Policy

Last Updated: October 1, 2026

This policy explains what Caduvo's public data pages and blog contain, where the information comes from, and how companies and others can ask for corrections, reviews or removals. Caduvo is a product of Product Via Ai, Inc. ("we", "us").

1. What these pages are

Caduvo publishes free reference pages compiled from public U.S. government records: FDA device product codes, 510(k) search and review-time statistics, HCPCS Level II codes, Medicare fee and coverage information, diagnosis-to-code pages, and pages about medical device companies. Our blog publishes general articles about device regulation and reimbursement.

Company pages (under caduvo.com/fda/companies and caduvo.com/fda/company-groups) summarize public U.S. government records about medical device companies, such as device clearance and approval decisions, recalls, clinical study registrations and securities filings. Each company page covers the records filed under one applicant name (spelling variants combined). Parent-company pages add up several applicant names that we group together based on public ownership records.

2. Independence and trademarks

Caduvo is independent. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the companies named on these pages, and no company has reviewed its page before publication unless the page says otherwise. Company names, product names and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the public records the page describes, and their use does not imply any relationship with or endorsement by the owner. Caduvo is also not affiliated with or endorsed by FDA, CMS or any other government agency whose records we use.

3. Accuracy and limits

We compile these pages from government data as published. That data can contain errors, can lag behind the agency's own systems, and can record one company under several names. Our own processing (matching names, combining spellings and grouping applicant names under a parent company) can also be wrong.

  • Counts describe what the public records show for the names matched. They are not a complete history of any company.
  • A recall count, review time or filing count is not a measure of the safety, quality or performance of a company or its devices.
  • Nothing on these pages is regulatory, legal, medical or investment advice. Check the linked source records before relying on any figure.

The pages are provided "as is", as described in our Terms of Service.

4. How to ask for a correction, review or removal

Every public data page and blog post has a "Report an error" link at the bottom that opens a request form; company pages show the form directly (look for "Corrections, company requests and notices"). You can use it to:

  • Report an error: a wrong figure, code, fee or record, a record attributed to the wrong company, a wrong name match or a wrong parent-company grouping.
  • Write as a company representative: add context, point us to filings under other names, or ask us to review how the company is shown.
  • Request removal or review of specific content.
  • Send a legal or trademark notice.

You can also email support@caduvo.com. Please include the page address, what you believe is wrong, and any supporting source (for example a link to the FDA record).

5. What happens next

A person reads every request and replies to the email address you give us.

  • Errors in our compilation (wrong matching, grouping, counting or display) are corrected once we confirm them.
  • Errors in the underlying government record cannot be changed by us. We will tell you which agency maintains the record so you can contact it; once the agency corrects its data, the correction flows into our pages on the next data refresh.
  • Removal requests. Accurate information drawn from public government records generally stays published, because it is a factual summary of public data. We remove or change content that is inaccurate, misattributed, or that we are legally required to remove, and we review other requests case by case.
  • Representative, removal and legal requests may require us to confirm that you are authorized to act for the company before we act on them.

6. Information you send us

We use the details you submit (name, email, company, role and message) only to handle and keep a record of your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not add you to marketing lists because you sent a request.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
